How we handle information submitted with an online consultation request.

Purpose
We use this information to receive, review and reply to your consultation request. It is not used for marketing.
Information collected
Required: name, reply method and contact details, message and selected language. If locations are published, we also store your preferred location (or that you have not decided). Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device security signals to prevent spam. The consultation form does not collect photos.
Retention and deletion
Unresolved requests are kept for one year from submission. Requests with a final response are kept for one year from completion. Expired database records are removed by a daily scheduled task, except where law requires a different period.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell or share requests for third-party marketing. Service processors are described below.
Processors and overseas storage
Supabase stores and operates the consultation database; this project's primary storage region is Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1). Cloudflare provides site delivery, Worker request routing and Turnstile anti-spam checks.
Overseas services
Consultation data passes through Cloudflare services and is stored in the Supabase project in Tokyo, Japan. Turnstile handles security signals and does not read form entries. See each provider's published documents for further processing locations and subprocessors.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at the email below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may decline consent, but then cannot submit the online form.
Safeguards
Transport is encrypted and inquiries are stored in a private database. Only authorized administrators can access them. Server keys are not exposed in browser code.
